Andrey Burdov 2004 Maxmen Winner

Product Number:Burdov Winner
Price:$Lost it

Unfortunately, this model is no longer available. I flew it at the 2005 NATS, and lost it after 4 maxes in a AMA site cornfield. It was flown at several contests, and never failed to MAX. I personally took possession of this model after Andrey had won the 2004 Maxmen meet with it. He flew 3 of his 5 flights with this model. He told me to put 450 turns in it. In this picture he is just getting ready to launch it. It flew beautifully. I was disappointed when it DTd after 60 seconds. I would have been happy to chase it for 4 minutes because it flew so beautiful. I have since only flown it once. I put in 300 winds. I launched it in dead air and it did 2:10. Andrey says it should do 4:30 with a full wind. I believe him! I am just a novice rubber event flyer, with crappy rubber!

It has delayed prop release, auto rudder, auto stab, and wing wiggler.

If you would like a big picture of this model and you are serious about it, just send me an email or call me!

I flew this model in our MMAC National Cup contest. 3 flights, 3 maxes, and 1st place. I was impressed

by the thermal hunting flight pattern and outstanding climb. I had never trimmed a model to do a thermal

search like this one does!
